Job Description:
1st Line Support Engineer
Bicester (fully onsite)
£25,000 per annum (DOE)
I have partnered with a small Managed Service Providing looking to expand their IT Team. They are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer, who wants to progress their career and gain further industry experience.
Responsibilities:
* Providing 1st line support (phone calls/emails/ticketing systems)
* Some onsite support required (travel to client sites- locally)
* Troubleshooting + resolving hardware and software issues
* Monitoring hardware (PCs/laptops/printers)
Skillset:
* 1 year experience in a Technical role
* 1 year experience in Customer Service
* Knowledge of networking- DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
* Experience in Active Directory
* Office 365 administration
* Experience in Windows Servers
* Full driving licence + own vehicle required
