Role Overview:
* Position: Band 6 Occupational Therapist (OT)
* Department: Spinal Therapy
* Focus: Delivering specialized therapy services to spinal patients
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy to patients with spinal conditions.
* Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
* Educate patients and their families about spinal health and rehabilitation strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy (BSc or equivalent).
* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Proven experience working with spinal patients.
* Strong clinical and assessment skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience in a spinal therapy setting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
