Finance Business Partner | Permanent | Up to £60k | Oldham
Marks Sattin are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping financial strategies and performances. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments, provide insightful financial analysis, and drive key business decisions.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the financial operations, ensuring that business objectives are supported with robust financial planning and analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, preparing and presenting detailed financial reports, and offering strategic insights to senior management. You will work closely with departmental heads to drive financial performance, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance and support business objectives.
* Provide detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform decision-making.
* Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives and strategies.
* Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management.
* Support the implementation of financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
About you:
* ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified Accountant.
* Proven experience in a finance role, ideally as a Finance Business Partner or similar position.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and the use of financial software.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
