Job Description:
A reputable Legal 500 firm in East London are seeking a motivated contentious probate solicitor to join their department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration issues.
* Assist with contentious court of protection matters, including applications, hearing preparations, and firm representation.
* Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide client advice.
* Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
* Collaborate with team members and external professionals for optimal client outcomes.
* Maintain case files and adhere to deadlines.
* Stay informed on legal developments and engage in professional development.
