Job Description:
The number one activity destination in the UK known for their customer service, innovation and unique experience is looking for a learning and development manager. They have extensive plans for growth by opening new stores so it’s a exciting time to be joining.. As the learning and development manager, you will be tasked with identifying training needs, creating and executing training initiatives across the UK and Europe. You will play a pivotal role in having a significant impact on the business performance through training and development. Coming from a similar position from the retail or hospitality industry, you will be someone who has a proven track record of increasing employee retention and performance.. This role is paying up to £55,000 for the right candidate. There is hybrid working in place and there will be travel with this role.
