Job Description:
Position: Senior Conveyancer
Location: Billericay Office
Salary: Up to £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The firms Billericay office is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on property transactions, ensuring a high level of client care.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
* Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and manage financial aspects of transactions.
* Supervise and mentor junior members of the conveyancing team.
* Stay updated with changes in property law and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
* Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems.
