Position:          2 x Permanent Positions, Full time, 37 hours per week
Location: Coventry/ Hybrid

Want to make a difference for customers and lead and coach a team of passionate Neighbourhood Officers? Our Coventry Neighbourhoods teams manage around 19,000 customer homes within Coventry and surrounding areas.
An exciting opportunity for two Neighbourhood Team Leaders to join our Neighbourhoods team in Coventry.
As Neighbourhood Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of a customer focussed neighbourhood to include estate and tenancy management services within a geographic area that support Citizen’s communities and neighbourhoods.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Neighbourhood Team Leader will involve:
* Ensuring the effective management of tenancies, ensuring tenancy conditions are adhered to. 
* Developing and overseeing the effective delivery programme of tenancy management checks
* Being a safeguarding champion and the responsible lead, to identify and support vulnerable customers.
* Working with your team and colleagues to ensure the effective case management of anti-social behaviour cases in line with the standard operating procedures
* Support and work in collaboration with Estate Services, Customer Engagement, Assets, Building Safety teams and Maintenance Operation teams in the delivery of services
* Monitoring  performance against targets for the team to ensure delivery of organisation business strategy objectives, and key performance indicators are achieved.
* Being innovative to enhance service delivery and encourage a culture of continuous service improvement.
* Ensuring effective and positive leadership qualities, encouraging a culture of empowerment, innovation, personal responsibility, ownership, and accountability, through effective 1:1’s and performance management reviews.
As Neighbourhood Team Leader, we need you to have:
* Operational management experience within social housing sector or similar environment
* Experience of working effectively with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and partners to support the delivery of business and other objectives and outcomes 
* Excellent verbal, written and communication skills and presentational skills to a variety of audiences
* Ability to adapt positively to change, be resilient to challenges, obstacles, and handling conflict
* Highly self-motivated, able to act with integrity and show drive and enthusiasm
* Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and lead by example to motivate others to achieve same
* Able to gather data, analyse and use information and critically evaluate options and solutions
* Full UK driving licence to enable you to travel across areas where Citizen operates
* Ability to support Out of Hours service on a rota basis
