We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Financial Controller to join a Colchester based business, on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:
* Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts including obtaining, evaluating and inputting of relevant data
* Assist in the calculation and reporting of cash flow forecasts
* Perform analysis of postings to General Ledger accounts
* Produce regular reports on sales, working capital and other relevant financial indicators
* Assist in the preparation of forecast and budget financial data
* Perform variance analysis on key financial data
* Maintain Fixed Asset Register

Key skills:
* You will be a qualified/part-qualified/qualified by experience Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant work experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
