Banking Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor (4+ years’)
A leading international law firm is seeking a banking associate/senior associate with 4+ years’ PQE in general banking or property finance. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of transactions for both lenders and borrowers within a supportive and dynamic team. 
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage lending transactions from start to finish
* Collaborate with clients to provide tailored legal solutions
* Participate in marketing and business development activities
Requirements:
* 4-7 years’ PQE in general banking or property finance
* Experience in corporate banking law (Scots or English law)
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Adaptability and a keen interest in business development
