TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a reputable South West law firm, who are looking for a Residential Property lawyer to be based in their Malmesbury Office conveyancing department have opportunities to work in a non-volume team with exposure to local and national work with clients across the UK.
You will be working alongside highly regarded professionals within conveyancing. If you are looking to step away from working in a volume team, and work for a long established and reputable law firm then this may be the right move for you.
You will be handling non-volume Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.
To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years’ experience handling a range of conveyancing matters. As the firm grows and develops so will your career so now is a fantastic time to join them in their expansion.
