Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Manager - Democratic Services in Slough. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* Support to committee services, including helping to organise our Annual Council meeting in May
* Organising the organisation’s Civic Awards judging and ceremony
* Coordinating induction and training for elected members
* Assisting the Head of Service with recruitment
The candidate:
* Experience in working with elected members is desirable
* PRINCE2 qualification
* Previous experience working in a similar capacity for a local authority is desirable
* Experience of successful project management at a senior level in a complex organisational environment
