Resourcing and Onboarding Officer

£140 per day (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Resourcing and Onboarding Officer in Slough. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* Provide advice and guidance on recruitment processes to managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely transfer from offer to starting employment
* Ensure all records and systems are updated accurately and all relevant documents have been signed and saved correctly
* Undertake all necessary pre-employment checks, working closely with the Safer Recruitment Officer for roles that require DBS checks
* Ensure probationary periods of new starters are processed in a timely way
* Drives a strong candidate experience through high responsiveness and engaging stakeholder management with applicants
The candidate:
* Experience working in a recruitment capacity
* CIPD graduate would be desirable
* An understanding of how to use different software and channels (e.g. social media) for advertisement and recruitment purposes
* Good understanding of right to work requirements
