SEO Account Manager
Hybrid near Wimbledon
Up to £40,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed keyword research to pinpoint high-value target keywords for client sites.
* Craft and execute robust SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives.
* Evaluate website performance metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement using SEO best practices.
* Advise on website information architecture, content strategy, internal linking, and other SEO factors.
* Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure effective SEO implementation.
* Produce monthly and quarterly reports tracking SEO progress and illustrating ROI.
* Manage client expectations and maintain continuous communication throughout the SEO process.
* Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in SEO campaign management within an agency (minimum 2 years)
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ranking factors
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data
* Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn
