A boutique Construction Consultancy are looking for a CDM Principal Designer who has experience as an Associate Director to manage a small team whilst delivering Design Safety to their portfolio of 35+ projects.
The individual needs to be ambitious as the Consultancy will provide a clear and direct line into Director position as they look to grow a business, which has already grown year on year. This role comes with flexibility, and you will be expected in the office 2/3 days a week.
CDM Principal Designer - Associate Director
The Associate Director of CDM/ Principal Design will be confident at mentoring and communicating within Design meetings whilst they advise clients effectively within Design Safety. The Associate Director will enjoy being a key part of the business as they enjoy personal success as the company grows itself.
Senior CDM Principal Designer - Associate Director Requirements
* NEBOSH Construction
* Tech IOSHH Membership (minimum)
* APS Membership (Preferred)
* Track record of delivering Capital projects
* 2 years Senior Principal Designer experience (preferable)
