The successful Adult Social Care/Court Of Protection Solicitor will:
* Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity
* Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work; particularly COP files
* Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law
* You can live anywhere in England to be considered - Those who live in the South and North are of particular interest
This is a predominantly remote role for an Adult Social Care/COP Solicitor. Please note you must be able to visit client sites and the office occasionally.
