This is a brand new role to fit within our clients growing team based on the outskirts on Luton. You’ll be taking ownership of all things Compliance and will have a direct line into an individual who puts his teams development and wellbeing at the heart of decisions. This Compliance role is being recruited on a permanent basis and will attract a salary of £24,000 - £35,000

Located at Capability Green our client offers plenty of on-site parking, showers onsite and great local facilities. They are very much an organisation whose staff is at the forefront of the decisions they make.

Supporting a team of consultants with the onboarding of their partners, maintaining system records, ongoing liaison with partners to ensure the continued compliance you’ll be integral to the day to day functions of this organisation and, as this is a new role, it can evolve overtime.

This role is perfectly positioned for either an early career individual who is enjoys following process, would like to grow and develop within a role and organisation overtime and someone who values the culture of their workplace and wants to contribute to this moving forward or, for an experienced candidate looking to make the step forward into a new organisation.
