The Quantity Surveying Director Role
As the Director of Quantity Surveying, you will utilize your extensive experience in consultancy to deliver a comprehensive range of quantity surveying services to a diverse array of private sector clients.
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to contribute to the growth and leadership of a bustling team. Your involvement will span prestigious, high-value projects, including:
* High-rise apartment blocks
* Low-rise apartment blocks
* Mixed-use developments
* Student Accommodation & Shared Living
* Hotels
* Stadia

The Quantity Surveying Director
The successful Quantity Surveying Director will have the desire to grow and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, aid in the growth and development of the team and business as a whole and will aid in Business Development. You will also have:
* MRICS
* Excellent pre & post contract experience
* A successful track record leading construction projects to completion
* Project Management / Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
* A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Construction Consultancy
* Previous experience in a senior level role
* A proven track record of business development
* The ability to bring work / clients is highly desirable but not crucial
