Commercial Property Solicitor , Bournemouth

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive, ideally for people at 3-4 years PQE to join a very settled team who have a surplus of high quality work available. In truth any level of PQE ill be considered although there are already people at associate and senior associate level within the team.
Typical matters coming into the firm include acting for number of commercial property owners, developers and investors, businesses, first time buyers and those needing advice relating to enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant dealing with all aspects of property work.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Dorset area.
