* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
* Manage and organise schedules, appointments and meetings.
* Handle confidential documents in a professional and discreet manner.
* Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
* Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.
* Perform general office duties as needed.
* Assist with the implementation of office policies and procedures.
* Support the team in delivering outstanding client service.
Profile
A successful Legal Personal Assistant should have:
* Proven track record providing legal secretarial/personal assistance within a legal environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Previous exposure to legal case management.
* Proficiency in digital dictation.
* A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £27,000 to £33,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
* A 3/2 alternative working from home pattern for staff after probation.
