Job Description:
KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Financial Controller for a successful and growing company in Newcastle. Reporting to the MD, you will be a qualified or qualified by experience accountant. Your duties will be as follows:
* Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Managing the preparation of statutory accounts
* Managing the preparation of annual budgets
* Overseeing the preparation of VAT returns
* Maintaining the fixed asset register
* Cash flow analysis
* Prompt and accurate reconciliation of key control accounts and inter-company accounts
* Assisting in the development and implementation of finance and operational policies
* Assisting with the monthly payroll process, liaising with HR and other departments as needed
* Getting involved in ad-hoc reporting and other projects as needed
* Managing the finance team
You will have previously worked in an entrepreneurial/fast moving environment will excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
