Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented and efficient typist with a keen eye for accuracy.
My Richmond based client requires an audio typist to join their admin team, with negotiable working hours, you will assist with various typing tasks, ensuring timely and precise document preparation.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately type and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Manage and organise digital files and documents.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing software.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills.
The ideally working hours are 21 hours spanning over 3 days however this is negotiable for the successful candidate.
