Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly successful and growing business in Bolton to appoint a Finance Business Analyst. 

This is a newly created role due to growth, and will be a highly visable and high impact role across the business.

We are looking to speak with individuals who have a passion for analysis, data manipulation, creating improvements and business partnering. Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics would be preferred.

Responsibilities include:
* Analysis of: customers and customer spends, products, revenue and margins.
* Develop new tools for reporting KPIs and other financial metrics in a more automated way.
* Business partner with the billing team, to aid improved data and accuracy that can aid the business with key insights and reporting.
* Provide improved reconciliation between billing and accounting systems for both revenue and margin.
* Assist with integrations of various billing platforms (ongoing project).
* Review of sales volume and margin results with the sales team including investigation and understanding of sales and margin variances to standards.
* Review and control of sales commission for the sales team members, ensure these tie back to contractual commitments.
* Using Power BI for analysis and reporting of findings.
* Constructively challenge and recommend changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise.
* Assisting with the definition of business metrics into reports and dashboards in Power BI to enable self-service performance information for the business.
* Involvement in budgeting & rolling forecasting.
* Work closely with the Finance Director and Sales & Commercial Director.
