We are recruiting for a Pre-Operations & Crewing officer to join an expanding client in the airline industry!

Daily duties will include:
* Managing crew travel including arranging hotels and transport requirements
* Managing invoices
* Monitoring and managing pilot time off and leave efficiently and in accordance with company procedure
* Ensure crew resources are managed and complaint with documented statutory and regulatory requirements
* Monitor all flight set ups to make sure compliant with all flight time limitations and investigating occurrences of regulatory extension or breach
* Managing fatigue reports and assisting team members as required
* Monitoring and planning of crew qualification expiries and required interventions
Experience needed:
* Excellent communication of the English language, verbal and written
* An understanding of applicable regulations with respect to flight time limitations and fatigue risk management
* Knowledge and familiarity with aviation management systems
* Understanding of day to day crewing, pre ops and rostering functions
