* Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients
* Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Profile
A successful Customer Support Executive (German Speaking) should have:
* Fluency in German and English
* A strong understanding of customer service principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Proven problem-solving abilities
* 6-12 months experience working within a Fintech organisation or a Financial Services Firm.
