Our client is looking to appoint a People Advisor to join their team.  As a People Advisor, you will be an integral member of the People Team.
Key Role Responsibilities
* Championing and maintaining a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department’s clients are delivered upon. 
* Analysing the data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions, to deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
* Ensuring a culture of a positive approach to Policy, Compliance and Risk Management is being championed and progressed within your business area.
* Providing an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time
* Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your business area are complete, accurate and aligned with any required standards.
* Striving for a culture of performance delivery and success.
You will need;
* Previous relevant experience is preferred, however transferable skills may also be considered
* Good communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence required
