The firm’s Financial Services team has demonstrable expertise in the digital assets arena, acting for crypto exchanges and fintech entities on navigating regulatory boundaries and changes, with additional capability advising investment banks and wholescale markets businesses, asset managers and insurers.

The team assist clients with most complex and sensitive national and international regulatory challenges. The team’s expertise covers the full spectrum of regulated firms’ key issues including regulatory change, enforcement and investigations, governance and risk management, compliance advice, market conduct, complaints handling, financial crime and the regulatory aspects of transactions or restructurings.

The team are now looking for a mid-level associate to join them in their offices in London. The ideal candidate will have 4+ PQE in Financial Services Regulatory matters gained from City or international law firm in London. As part of the role, you can expect to advise across a broad range of regulatory matters for banks, investment managers, insurers, insurance brokers and other financial institutions.
