Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
London, Legal 500 Firm
Perm, Full-Time
My client is a Legal 500 London firm seeking an experienced solicitor to join it’s expanding Leasehold Reform and Enfranchisement team. This position is ideal for a solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling voluntary lease extensions
* Managing voluntary freehold sales and purchases/1987 Act notices
* Processing statutory lease extensions
* Coordinating collective enfranchisements
* Overseeing other leasehold/property management tasks (e.g., deeds of variation, licences for alterations, licences to assign, etc.)
Candidate Requirements:
* A following and/or the ability to generate new business to support team growth
* Strong teamwork skills
* Exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities
