Client Service Specialist
We are delighted to announce that here at Alexander Lloyd, we are collaborated with a growing but established Employee Benefits consultancy who are continuing their growth within their Group Risk team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients day to day to answer their queries
* Conducting market reviews
* Monitoring insurers performance on behalf of clients and dealing with any issues that arise
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in working in an employee benefits consultancy
* Good understanding of group risk products
* Client & customer delivery experience
