Job Description:
My client is seeking a temporary HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related activities. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and providing general HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
* Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
* Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Prepare and distribute HR reports and documentation.
Qualifications:

* Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
* High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
