Job Description:
Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Email Marketing Manager at one of the world’s leading real estate companies. Responsible for email as a channel, this role will lead the output of the email team as well as drive the strategy to engage with both B2B and B2C audiences in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
• Own email as a channel for the UK business and propose email strategies across multiple B2B and B2C audiences. Work with relevant teams (digital marketing, data and insights, content marketing) to deliver the strategy.
• Review technological requirements of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to align with proposed marketing strategy working with relevant teams to execute (e.g. IT, digital marketing, platform owner).
• Build out journey maps for key customer roles within the UK business and deliver relevant messaging based on customer role / persona.
• Optimise automated CRM journeys and trigger campaigns aligned to the customer lifecycle to increase engagement, build loyalty and deliver customer value.
• Work with data and insights team to track and measure the performance of email marketing initiatives and campaigns, identify optimisation opportunities, and share insights across the organisation where appropriate.
• Work alongside the brand, content, digital, social media and CRM teams to ensure that client communications work holistically and that customer needs are addressed at each marketing touchpoint.
• Oversee email campaign deployment for the UK business through the management of four direct reports.
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring all email content adheres to guidelines and promotes coherent messaging and tone of voice.
Key Skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels, customer relationship management platforms, and marketing automation / delivery platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience is preferred.
• Experience working in medium to large corporations with matrix structures.
• Proven experience in customer journey mapping and customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate.
• Passionate about working with complex data and insights.
• An excellent eye for detail and strong proof-reading skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexible and able to deal with competing demands and priorities.
• Willing to put forward and advance new ideas to improve our email marketing approaches.
• Commercially astute with an interest in business and the property markets globally.
Team Overview
The Senior Email Marketing Manager sits within the digital marketing centre of excellence. The team looks after paid digital advertising (including portals - Rightmove/ Zoopla/ OTM), and all email marketing to our clients for Savills UK, across both B2B and B2C audiences. The team is comprised of 12 people including one director, two senior managers, four managers, and five executives.

2. Conduct regular 121’s and appraisals
