Duties Include: * Complete seasonal RRP files. * Maintaining the client and prospect database. * Support with retail appointments. * Support with e-commerce order fulfilment and returns. * Purchase drop offs to clients . * Maintain the e-commerce website standards . * Maintaining studio and showroom to a high standard . * Overseeing shipping, send-outs and returns.
