Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all HR life cycle activities and maintain personnel records, including immigration and right-to-work information.
* Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and manage staff changes and communications.
* Support HR Operations Manager with various HR projects and manage staff queries and expectations.
* Use HR information systems to access, input, and compile data.
* Review and update job descriptions.
* Maintain compliance with employee right-to-work and immigration responsibilities.
* Support the delivery of cultural initiatives and respond to employee engagement surveys.
Profile
The Successful Candidate:
* Degree qualified or equivalent HR experience.
* Proven track record in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
* Strong Microsoft Excel or Power BI skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
