A dedicated HR Advisor is sought to provide maternity cover within a housing association in North East London. This role demands a proactive individual who can efficiently manage HR processes and provide sound advice to employees and management. Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent systems knowledge and will be able to travel to the North London office 2-3 times a week.

* Manage all HR-related queries and issues promptly and effectively
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, shortlisting, and conducting interviews
* Handle employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures
* Facilitate training and development initiatives
* Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with regulations
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases

Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Previous HR roles within the not-for-profit space
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent systems knowledge
