Are you an Excel whiz with a knack for numbers and a passion for precision? Do you have experience in estimating or manufacturing? Elevation Recruitment, on behalf of our Bradford client, is seeking a detail oriented Estimator to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working but requires regular visits to sites as well as occasional travel.
Key Estimator Responsibilities:
* Calculate and propose costs and profit margins using the in-house software, ensuring all data is current and accurate
* Prepare and coordinate bid submissions for regional and global contracts, presenting estimates to key stakeholders
* Maintain and update the pricing database, ensuring timely and accurate information is available for the Customer Service and Commercial teams
* Identify and suggest improvements to make order management and routing more efficient
* Work with Sales to develop product samples, layouts, and designs for customers
* Attend customer meetings both on-site and off-site as required
* Run reports when needed
Ideal Estimator Candidate:
* Strong Excel skills are a must
* Experience in estimating, purchasing or manufacturing
* Ability to travel occasionally 
* Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities
* Excellent attention to detail
