Working on the top floor of the building in the hospitality kitchen you will be a key part of the responsible for daily events and fine dining dinners, supported by the Head Chef. The kitchen is well equipped with stunning views across the city.
Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The site is divided between retail & hospitality which can consist of fine dining, bowl food, canapes & events.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
