TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established conveyancing law firm based in Swansea, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in property transactions. Who are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Checker to join their dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Title Examination: * Conduct thorough examinations of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to property titles.

* Document Review: * Review and analyze legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and contracts.
* Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.

* Communication: * Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to gather necessary information and resolve title-related issues.

* Research: * Conduct research on property records, land surveys, and zoning information.
* Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations.

* Quality Assurance: * Implement quality control measures to maintain accuracy and precision in title examinations.
* Provide recommendations for resolving title-related challenges.

Qualifications:
* Legal Background: * Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
* Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable.

* Attention to Detail: * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inaccuracies in legal documents.

* Analytical Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex legal documents and resolve title issues.

* Communication Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

* Technology Proficiency: * Familiarity with relevant software and databases for title searches and legal research.
