Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a complex and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
* Extensive knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.

* Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior staff.
