Job Description:
A fantastic regional law firm are looking to expand their family team in either of their Bolton / Bury offices, with benefits offered such as;

The Candidate
I am working on a vacancy for a Family law solicitor (4 yrs PQE) who has experience for a fantastic regional firm who can run a caseload of divorce/finance and children files to work in their busy family department based at our Bolton/Bury office.
The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

The traditions and values that first established the firm as an early pioneer of legal services continue to serve the firm well today. It still provides friendly, professional advice in the manner of a traditional high street law firm, but this is now blended with a 21st-century approach.
The practice has grown organically to incorporate many offices in the North West, although proud to be a regional firm, several departments service clients throughout England and Wales.
The firm holds numerous industry-related accreditations across all its service areas, particularly the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
The Role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Run own private caseload and work independently
* Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas, however the work is mostly private family work
* Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
