R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join abrilliant organisation on a part time basis (6 hours per day, 2 days per week). This will be a varied role where you will be key in providing strong administrative support across the business.
This is a part time, permanent role based in Norwich city centre, working 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday), 6 hours per day, and is offering £15 per hour.

The day to day
* Acting as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, and signposting to the correct department.
* Answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
* Supporting the sales team by taking payments and sending invoices to clients.
* Communicating with prospective clients, booking appointments with the sales team and ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently.
* Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required, including attending events.
You will have/be
* Previous administration experience, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding organisation skills.
* Strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
