* Driving customer acquisition and retention.

Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of retail sales performance metrics.
* Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
