My client is an extremely well-respected bespoke firm that deals exclusively with conveyancing. It is not a Volume Conveyancing firm. 
My client is currently looking for experienced conveyancers to join its nationwide team on a remote and part time basis. On offer are 2, 3 and 4 day-a-week positions.
The Role
* You will have your own caseload of Residential conveyancing matters to include, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and lease extensions as well as title checking
* My client has teams that deal with the client onboarding and post completion processes, so you can concentrate on the main legal elements of your caseload
* This is not a volume conveyancing role and so you will have a capped caseload to ensure that you have the time to provide an excellent service to your clients

* You will be a Conveyancer with real experience in having run your own caseload
* You will have had title checking experience and leasehold experience
