Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches.
* Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and best practices.
