This top 50 law firm is looking to expand its nationally recognised Residential team by seeking a determined and passionate Residential Conveyancer to join their already thriving and supportive Part Exchange team! This firm supports some of the world’s most exciting businesses and organisations and has several offices across the UK, as well as having an international office! The team is one of the most active Residential teams in the UK, providing plenty of opportunities to make a name for yourself.
This role is based in the firm’s central Birmingham office and is a hybrid role. This Residential Conveyancer opportunity comes with a highly competitive salary, a remuneration package to reward individual performances, as well as the opportunity to receive an annual bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will be expected to handle a caseload of 30/35 with a 2-week turnover and manage and expand existing client relationships.
A suitable candidate must have a minimum of 5PQE with a strong Residential background, have proven experience managing client relationships, and the confidence to provide Residential advice.
