As a Residential Conveyancer there, you will be integral to their property law team, focusing specifically on shared ownership transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse caseload while providing top-tier legal advice and support to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of shared ownership transactions from instruction to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice on shared ownership schemes and the intricacies involved.
* Liaise effectively with clients, housing associations, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Conduct thorough title investigations and resolve any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
