Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding property sales and purchases.
* Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches.
* Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases.
