My client, an international law firm, is seeking an experienced associate with 4-8 years PQE in Patent Litigation for their London office.

My client is a leading global law firm with a substantial international presence and an impressive reputation in the IP and Technology sector. The firm boasts over 140 patent litigators worldwide, uniquely positioned to help companies navigate their patent matters globally. With teams in major US cities and key jurisdictions worldwide, they have extensive knowledge of the laws, courts, and judges in the regions where most patent disputes occur. Their lawyers have advanced degrees and experience in various technical areas, allowing them to quickly understand a client’s technology and industry.

In this role, you will work closely with senior partners on a diverse array of innovation-related matters, including:
* Patent and trade secret disputes, including UK litigation and ADR, FTO analysis, patentability, and trade secrets advice.
* Patent and trade secret non-contentious advisory.
* Patent and trade secret transactions.
You will:
* Have between 4-8 years PQE.
* Possess experience in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
* Have strong experience in the technology and/or life sciences sector.
* Demonstrate strong litigation experience, with exposure to non-contentious work.
* Have an appetite to build your own network of contacts.
