Elevation Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator role. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and offers a unique opportunity to work within a vibrant team.

Key Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales order process
* Process customer orders in the system promptly
* Manage all aspects of product distribution to customers
* Keep customers informed about any changes or updates regarding their orders
* Monitor and fulfill customer-specific requirements related to their orders
* Strive to enhance the quality of service delivered to customers, identifying areas for improvement within the supply chain
* Maintain and update customer database
Supply Chain Coordinator Experience: * Passionate about customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond
* Purchasing or supply chain experience would be advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
* Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
