Key Responsibilities:
*Provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs and Learning challenges.
*Develop and implement learning management strategies and interventions.
*Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Build strong relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor.
*Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, teachers, and parents.
*Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to develop and share best practices.
*Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
*Experience working with students with SEMH needs or learning difficulties.
*Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
*A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
*A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
