Job Description:
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. Hybrid working - Tuesday & Thursday - Onsite working Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Location: Ely

We have partnered with a manufacturing company based in Ely and they are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, Learning and Development Administrator to assist the Learning and Development Manager with all training activities within the company. This exciting opportunity has the potential for future progression.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Administrator:
* Co-ordinating and monitoring the training requirements for all staff.
* Answering training enquiries via email and telephone in a timely manner.
* Working with training providers to book courses and ensure purchase requisition are completed.
* Maintaining training records for all members of staff.
* Co-ordinating delegates attending external training courses (e.g., bookings, joining instructions, travel arrangements etc.).
* Ensuring all training activities are scheduled, communicated, administered, and recorded on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Skills required for the Learning & Development Administrator:
* Previous administrative experience in a similar role would be ideal.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience of using an LMS system is beneficial.
* Attention to detail and solid accuracy when recording/maintaining information.
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
