Receptionist - Concierge- East London

Are you ready to be the first smile our guests see when they walk into our leisure centres? We are looking for vibrant, friendly, and energetic Receptionists to join our temporary team here at 4Leisure! We’re all about promoting health, fitness, and FUN in the community, and we need YOU to help us make every visitor feel like a VIP.

What You’ll Do:
* Welcome Guests Like a Pro: Greet everyone with a warm smile and a friendly hello.
* Be the Information Guru: Answer questions, provide info about our facilities, and help guests find their way.
* Master the Front Desk: Handle phones, bookings, and guest inquiries with ease.
* Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage memberships, schedule appointments, and ensure the front desk area is always looking great.
* Cash Handling: Process payments and keep accurate records like a boss.
* Spread the Fun: Share info about our exciting programs, classes, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, especially in a leisure or fitness environment.
* Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and ready to make every guest feel special.
* Flexibility: Willing to work across various locations in East London and available for different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Skills: Great communication, organization, and a knack for multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems is a bonus.
* Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.
We have full and part time hours available, with immediate start! 
The pay for this role is £13.45 - £14.74 per hour, paid weekly! 

Please note you must a hold a Enhanced DBS or be wiling to obtain one.
